Because I'm *going* to keep up with this, dern it.

Cheerios with non fat milk and honey
Coffee and n.f. milk

Two slices of toast w/peanut butter

Two pieces of pepperoni pizza (It was a going -away "party"--::sob::-- kids flying back to NYC)
blueberry applesauce
green tea with acai

1 piece of Starbucks "cranberry bark" (omg--- this stuff is *evil*-- cream cheese frosting!)

Well, that  was enough carbs to last me though the rest of January! But I did shop yesterday, so now hopefully I can start behaving myself
