Because it's easier to indulge in the winter  

A cup of leftover macaroni and cheese
A banana
A cup of instant coffee with a teaspoon of creamer
A glass of water

About two cups of asparagus, sauteed in olive oil and water
A small acorn squash, baked with honey and brown sugar
Two glasses of water

A big sinful slice of pumpkin pie with cool whip. My waist is thankful that it was the last of the pie.

Uhm...what to call it? I combined a can of whole tomatoes and 3/4 can of pinto beans in the blender. I then added a hand full of small tomatoes, chopped, and the rest of the pinto beans, mushed. About a cup of shredded cheese and a few packets of Taco Bell mild sauce, nuked it until hot. Added several wheat crackers to the top, then ate them off with spoonfulls of the mixture. Had less than half of what was made.

Exercise: A three-mile speed-walk. And I cleaned house for a few hours, does that count?

Cleaning house had better count or else there are weeks I manage to get no exercise at all. ;o)

I'll do this with you again; I keep starting and then forgetting, but I really like the accountability. And it makes it such a pain in the arse when I have to list all those unconscious little nibbles that (two and a half Sun Chips, four chocolate chips that fell out of the bag as I was looking for the baking soda, the last 1/4 of my daughter's soy drink....) that I'm less inclined to nibble.
