Yesterday:

A cup of leftover macaroni and cheese
A banana
A cup of instant coffee with a teaspoon of creamer
A glass of water

About two cups of asparagus, sauteed in olive oil and water
A small acorn squash, baked with honey and brown sugar
Two glasses of water

A big sinful slice of pumpkin pie with cool whip. My waist is thankful that it was the last of the pie.
A glass of water with the snack/dessert

Uhm...what to call it? I combined a can of whole tomatoes and 3/4 can of pinto beans in the blender. I then added a hand full of small tomatoes, chopped, and the rest of the pinto beans, mushed. About a cup of shredded cheese and a few packets of Taco Bell mild sauce, nuked it until hot. Added several wheat crackers to the top, then ate them off with spoonfulls of the mixture. Had less than half of what was made.
A glass or two of water

Exercise: A three-mile speed-walk. And I cleaned house for a few hours, does that count?

Water throughout

A bowl and a half of Post Selects whole grain cranberry almond crunch with soymilk and a handful of crumbled up walnuts.

An Apple.

A cup of coconut soda.

A mini pizza. One of those mini pizza crusts from the store, a teaspoon of olive oil, two tabelespoons of tomato basil pesto, tomato sauce, Skim Mozzerella, fresh broccoli, onion, garlic, and tomatoes.

I spent most of yesterday over there as well, and went to bed as soon as I got home. Mexican food isn't TOO bad, right? Corn and flour and beans and such...

Some water as well as some sweet tea throughout. (their tap water has floaty things in it, so I had to resort to something else)

An apple

A banana

Mexican restaurant food: a combination platter of one bean burrito, one potato (instead of beef) chalupa, and one spinach (instead of beef) tamale. Some sour cream, and...uh...there was <i>some</i> lettuce and tomato on the plate.

...Fried Icecream. Less than a third of the plate. I COULD NOT RESIST! 

I had the Meican food around...2pm? 3pm? And I was full all night. I don't know how they could eat all that fried catfish, hush puppies, and potatoe wedges just five hours later. Then again, I'm used to eating smaller, healthier servings. As it should be. I'm going to finish the other third of the fried icecream today, as well as the last of my pesto pasta. Other than that, it shouldn't be a bad day.

I knew that I would be spending the night at a friend's house, so I really should have tried to even it out with a good afternoon. But nooo.

Water
Chamomile tea with a tablespoon of imitation honey

A bowl of that whole grain cereal (dates, raisins, pecans) and soymilk

A plate of home-fixed nachos. (refried beans, cheese, salsa, taco shells, fresh lettuce, cilantro, and tomato)

A bowl of fudge brownie icecream

-With friends-

Water

A three-way split of calamari

A small salad with sesame-ginger dressing, a small diner roll, and a serving (it's really two servings on a plate, and I ate less than half) of spinach and pesto pasta.

...We went for icecream afterward. So I had a scoop of Lava Gelato as well.

Yes, I've been bad. And so long as that icecream is in the freezer, I shall continue to be bad. But hopefully, without any more fried foods, regardless of how tasty and succulent the calamari was.

At least I got in a nice little walk around the park for some very low impact exercise.

Yesterday was a day of transition, where I slept four or five hours during the day then went to bed at night. Hence, I wasn't awake enough to eat a lot. Or eat well, which was more my fault than time.

A bowl of Post Select's Great Grains whole grain cereal with raisins, dates, and pecans. Soymilk. This is now my new favorite cereal.

Lean Cuisine's rice and dumpling entree.

Water throughout, and a cup of white tea with a tablespoon of imitation honey.

Okay...I can see three ribs, and when I raise my arms, I can count five on visual alone. I eat a lot, and even eat a lot of cheese, nuts, and soymilk (which is high in protein). I eat whenever I'm hungry, unless it's just a couple of hours before bed...but I'm going to be making an effort to eat more foods that are healthy and good for maintaining weight. Someone suggested to me that I eat junkfood- it seems redundant to adopt a less healthy diet in order to 'fix' my appearance. I may try eating more veggi-chicken patties and burgers, as well as more bread. I already eat a lot of pasta.

Yesterday: Water throughout the day

Hand-made ravioli with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese. Topped with tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and garlic powder. Canned peas on the side. I probably had a serving and a half.

Salad with romain and iceberg lettuce, a fresh tomato, and a drizzle of olive oil.

A candy cane.

A little baggie of 'paradise' trail mix- nuts and dried fruits.

An apple.

A bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch

Two pieces of pepperoni pizza (It was a going -away "party"--::sob::-- kids flying back to NYC)

1 piece of Starbucks "cranberry bark" (omg--- this stuff is *evil*-- cream cheese frosting!)

Well, that  was enough carbs to last me though the rest of January! But I did shop yesterday, so now hopefully I can start behaving myself

Today:

~Lots of water throughout~

A bowl of honey nut chex with soymilk.

A (kinda small) butternut squash baked with olive oil, with a can of chili-ready tomatoes over top of the yummy scoopings. (chili beans would have tasted better, but I'm trying to eat my reserves before shopping).

A large handful of 'golden nut crunch' trail mix.

Maybe two handfuls of Garden Harvest chips, banana flavored. (100% whole grain, 120 calories, 1/2 serving of fruit. Quite delicious)

Chocolate Slimfast.

A little (inch?) box of nerds candy.

A banana.
